- Start with clean, dry skin
- Place the mask comfortably over your face and adjust the straps
- Hold down the power button to turn it on till there is a beep
- Tap once more after the beep to select your preferred light mode
- Use for 10 minutes per session
- Use 2–4 times per week for best results
- Turn off and gently wipe clean after use

Toubleshoot Your GlowLift ✨
How do I turn the mask on?
- Make sure the mask is charged & unplugged before use
- Press and hold the power button till it beeps.
- If the mask doesnt light, tap one more time to change modes
- Tap the button again to cycle through light modes
If nothing happens, see the charging tips below.
My mask won’t turn on:
This is usually a charging issue. Please check:
- The mask has been charged for at least 1–2 hours
- You are using the provided charging cable
- You are using a standard USB plug (not a fast charger)
Some high-power or fast-charge adapters can prevent the mask from charging correctly.
The mask isn’t charging:
If the charging light doesn’t come on or the mask won’t power up:
- Use the included USB-C cable
- Plug into a low-power or standard USB plug
- Avoid fast chargers or laptop high-output ports
- Try a different plug or socket
- Wait for small light to glow red, leave it charging till it shows green
If it still doesn’t charge after trying the above, contact support.
Is it normal if it feels warm?
Yes — a slight warmth is normal.
GlowLift uses low-level LED light with temperature control and should never feel hot or uncomfortable.
If it feels too warm:
- Stop the session
- Let the mask cool
- Resume with shorter sessions
My eyes feel sensitive
Always keep your eyes closed during use. If you’re light-sensitive, you can place:
- Cotton pads
- A thin eye mask
- Never stare directly into the LEDs.
I don’t see results yet!
This is normal early on. GlowLift works gradually. Most users see changes within 2–4 weeks with consistent use (3–5 times per week).
- Stick to 10-15 minute sessions
- Be consistent
- Don’t overuse — more isn’t better
How often should I use it?
- 3–4 times per week for most people
- Each session: 10-15 minutes
Consistency matters more than frequency.
Can I use it while charging?
No — GlowLift is designed to be used wirelessly only.
Always disconnect the charger before use.
